Information: Time: Between 14h00 – 16h00! Coming from humble beginnings in Gqeberha (PE), Loufi dreamed from a young age of getting out of his home town and being more. In the community he grew up in, his options were a gun or a microphone. He chose the microphone, and began to express himself. Loufi has been making music for 10 years, 5 of those as a professional artist. In 2019 he released his hit single Wit Skoene, which changed his life. Wit Skoene has been awarded Platinum, Boude has been awarded Gold, as well as Gold for Baas Vannie Plaas. Loufi has won multiple awards for his music including an Aitsa Beste Liedjtie Vannie Jaar for Bank Rob, the Afri-Indie Award for Artist of the Year, and Song of the Year for Plaas Toe. Loufi was nominated for a SAMA in 2023 for Best Afrikaans Album. As an Independent Artist, his first two releases have garnered over 1,3 millions views in 2024 alone.
